Use the energy and enthusiasm of others — involve parents, teachers and students on your membership committee, including the men.
With membership enrolment, include a questionnaire to be returned to your PTA. Explain PTA’s efforts on behalf of children; ask for thoughts on programs and activities; ask for membership and participation. People, who feel a part, take part!
If you have a real need in your community, identify it. A cause that people can rally around is likely to increase membership.
